Entries:
Numerical and Nominal Entries must be submitted via ICF SDP online system: https://icf.mev.atos.net/icf/main.jsp.

Summary of Deadlines:
Please observe the following deadlines upon submitting forms and entries.

Participation Fee:
The Participation Fee is €40/person/day.

This includes:

• Shuttle bus service connecting the regatta course and the official hotels on competition and training days according to the timetable
• Accreditation services
• Fees for the use of the regatta course and its facilities
• Medical care at the course
• Security service at the course
• Access to Internet
• Access pass and parking for one trailer and one accredited vehicle
• Drinking water
• Boat storage facilities

Note:
The Participation Fee is to be paid from the date of arrival for the length of team's stay between June 16 and June 22, 2025.
The Participation Fee is already included in the prices of the Accommodation Package Fee.
In case accommodation is not booked through the Organizing Committee the Participation Fee will be charged from the day of team´s arrival to the Regatta Venue.
The Participation Fee does NOT include airport (railway station) transfer to/from the official hotels or Regatta Venue and lunch. This must be booked through the Organizing
Committee separately.

Note:
The Participation Fee has to be paid upon proforma invoice sent by the Organizing Committee. The Fee must be paid in full by April 30, 2025.
