Reservation of the official hotels can be made through the Organizing Committee only.

You are kindly requested to book your accommodation using the Organizing Committee online reservation system at www.canoeracice.com.
This needs to be done no later than February 28, 2025.

Changes regarding the accommodation will be accepted only if made by the online system.

Note:
All National Federations will receive the registration code to the OC online reservation system by email by the end of January 2025.

Price List

Accommodation Package Fee includes:

• Accommodation
• Full board (three meals per day)
• Participation fee EUR 40

Payment Conditions:

• A deposit of 50% of the total amount: 10 days payment term, no later than March 15, 2025
• The remaining balance: no later than April 30, 2025

After the money has been credited to the OC bank account, the Organizing Committee will send an updated proforma invoice and final invoice.

Cancellation Policy:

• Notification before March 31, 2025: no cancellation fee
• Notification from April 1 to April 30, 2025: refund of 50% of the total invoiced amount
• Notification after April 30, 2025: no refund

Note:

In case the National Federation submits an accommodation request after the reservation deadline (February 28, 2025) and the OC confirms this request, the relevant cancellation terms will come into effect immediately from the moment of the National Federation's reservation.

The OC reserves itself the right to charge the responsible person from each NF that books a place at this event which is not used.

The OC does not take any responsibility for any extra services of the hotels like mini bar, telephone, parking, laundry, etc. These costs are directly collected by the hotel.

The availability of the lodging places in the various categories is limited, therefore the confirmation of the reservation is sent on the first comes - first served basis.

Please note, the number of accessible rooms is limited therefore the Organizing Committee also offers "rooms suitable for wheelchair users". These rooms are
spacious enough, with sufficient door width, but do not have a complete immobile arrangement or equipment (no handles next to the toilet bowl or temporary plastic
seat instead of a fixed seat or shower corner plinth 27 cm).

Payment and Bank Details

Method of Payment:
Bank transfer in EURO only (preferred method)

Note:
The currency of the account is EURO so please make sure that your payment is in EUROs.

Please do not forget about the transaction fees. It is your responsibility to pay these extras when transferring money to our bank account.

Payment at the Accreditation Centre
Payment is possible also at the Accreditation Centre upon your arrival either in cash – EURO or by credit card (VISA, VISA ELECTRON, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO).

Note:
Cash payment on site is only possible up to €10.000. An amount of over €10.000 must be paid by National Federation (Team Leader, Secretary General, etc.) directly to the bank
account of the Beneficiary at the local bank (Česká spořitelna, a.s., town of Roudnice nad Labem).
