Reservation - online system

Reservation of the official hotels can be made through the Organizing Committee only.
You are kindly requested to book your accommodation using the OC online reservation
system at www.canoeracice.com/forms. This needs to be done no later than February 15, 2022.
Changes regarding the accommodation will be accepted only if made by the online system.

Note:
All federations have received the registration code to online system by email by the end of January 2022.

Price List

Price includes:

• accommodation
• full board (three meals per day)
• participation fee € 40,-

Payment conditions:
 - a deposit of 50% of total amount: 14 day after confirmation of accommodation by National Federation, no later than March 15, 2022
 - the remaining balance: April 15, 2022

Cancellation policy:
- notification before March 25, 2022 : no cancellation fee
- notification from March 26 to April 15, 2022: 50% refund
- notification after April 15, 2022: no refund

Note:
The OC reserves itself the right to charge the responsible person from each NF that books a place at the event which is not used.
The OC does not taky any responsibility for any extra services of the hotels like mini bar, telephone, parking, laundry, etc. These costs are directly collected by the hotel.

Summary of available accommodation in 2022

The availability of the lodging places in the various categories is limited, therefore the confirmation of the reservation is sent on the first comes - first served basis.

 *   Due to the closure and reconstruction of the bridge between the town of Štětí and Račice it will be necessary to use the roundabout route via Roudnice nad Labem for the transport between these hotels and the Regatta course. Therefore the driving time to/from the Venue will be longer than usual.   

Airport Transfers

A fee of EUR 30 for back and forth trip will apply for the transport to/from the official hotels,
same fee will apply for the transportation to/from the Račice regatta course to the airport.

Customer pricing and attitude can be applied if team arriving/departing group is less than
3 people.

Method of Payment:

◦ Bank transfer in EURO only (preferred method)  

Note:
The currency of the account is EURO so please make sure that your payment is in EUROs.

Note:
Please do not forget about the transaction fees. It is your responsibility to pay these extras when transferring money to our bank account.

◦ Payment at the Accreditation Centre    
Payment is possible also at the Accreditation Centre upon your arrival either in cash - EURO    
or by credit card (VISA, VISA ELECTRON, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO).    

Note:
Cash payment on site is only possible up to EUR 10.000. An amount of over EUR 10.000 must be paid by National Federation (Team Leader, Secretary General, etc.) directly to the bank account of the Beneficiary at the local bank (Česká spořitelna, a.s., town of Roudnice nad Labem).
