The Visitor Regulations for the European Canoe Sprint and Paracanoe Championships apply throughout the premises of the Labe Arena in Račice and all areas related to the organization of the event.
By entering the venue, each visitor agrees to abide by these regulations throughout the event. If a visitor fails to comply, the organizer reserves the right to deny entry or ask the visitor to leave the event.
Visitors acknowledge that the area is monitored by a CCTV system with recording.
Visitors consent to the use of any audio recordings, photographs, films, or video recordings of themselves taken during or in connection with the event. These may be used without financial compensation and without time or territorial limitations.
Entry to the Venue
Entry is permitted only with a valid ticket, except on days when public entry is free.
Security
All visitors are required to undergo a security check (including personal inspection and inspection of bags, backpacks, or handbags) to ensure they are not carrying prohibited items. Checks may be conducted by security personnel using metal detectors or other tools.
The following items are prohibited within the venue:

Any narcotic or psychotropic substances

Dangerous items or any objects that could be used as weapons or projectiles or that could harm others or damage property

Pyrotechnics, flares, weapons, or any easily flammable objects

All animals, especially dogs

Bicycles, scooters

Objects, clothing, or materials promoting political parties or movements, or containing political content, racism, xenophobia, vulgar or offensive slogans

Wireless devices (e.g., radios, transmitters, drones)

Pressurized containers, balloons, including so-called "sky lanterns"
Prohibited Activities in the Venue

Entering restricted areas clearly marked as off-limits

Damaging facilities or equipment

Driving any motor vehicle within the venue without proper accreditation

Lighting fires or setting off fireworks/flares

Urinating or defecating outside toilets, or otherwise polluting the venue

Climbing or crossing structures not meant for general use, such as fences, barriers, lighting poles, camera stands, trees, walls, or roofs

Throwing objects or liquids onto the racecourse or spectator areas

Covering advertising panels with banners, flags, or other items
-
Wearing masks, balaclavas, or hats to conceal identity

Tampering with electrical systems or connecting electrical devices outside of designated areas (e.g., Phone Charging Points)
Sales and Advertising
Any commercial activities such as selling refreshments, renting sports equipment, distributing printed materials, or advertising are only allowed with written permission from the event organizer.
Photography or video recording for commercial purposes is also prohibited.
Visitors must behave in a way that does not endanger or harm others or damage property. For safety reasons and smooth operation of the event, all visitors must follow instructions from the organizers, police, fire brigade, and security personnel.
Visitors must not behave in a way that could cause a fire or block evacuation routes and access roads for emergency services.
Wireless Devices
The use of any wireless devices (except mobile phones) is strictly prohibited in the stadium and on the course. Violations may result in expulsion from the venue.
Visitors with Disabilities
Areas for fans with disabilities are available in limited numbers and are clearly marked.
Personal and Property Rights – Binding Nature of Regulations
Visitors must follow the instructions of venue operators, organizers, security staff, Czech Police, Fire and Rescue Service, Emergency Medical Services, and all official communications.
The organizers and authorized personnel may deny entry or remove any person who appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol, behaves aggressively, or is suspected of potentially violent behavior, to protect the safety and property of others.
All visitors must follow applicable Czech laws and general rules of decency and respect. Any visitor who fails to do so may be removed from the premises.
The organizer reserves the right to change the program, especially in case of adverse weather conditions.
In the event of evacuation or other emergencies, visitors must follow the evacuation plan and the instructions of the organizer, security personnel, and emergency services.
Liability for Damages
Visitors attend the event at their own risk and are liable for any damage they cause.
The organizer is not responsible for any personal injury or property damage unless directly caused by a violation of legal obligations by the organizer.
