The availability of the lodging places in the various categories is limited, therefore the confirmation of the reservation is sent on the first-comes first-served basis.

Price includes:
- accommodation
- full board (three meals per day)
- shuttle bus service connecting the regatta course and the official hotels during access period, according to the timetable
- participation fee € 25,- per person per day
Price does not include airport transfer from/to the official hotels. A fee of € 20 will apply for the transport to/from the official hotels.
Cancellation policy:
- notification before 15 August, 2017 : no cancellation fee
- notification from 15 August till 31 August, 2017: 50% refund
- notification after 31 August, 2017: no refund
Payment conditions:
- a deposit of 60% of total amount: 31 July, 2017 at least
- a deposit of 40% of total amount: 31 August, 2017 at least

Upon arrival the hotels may request a deposit according to a size of teams directly from the individual as guarantee for any eventual damage caused or any extra service. The hotel will refund the deposit on departure deducting minus the actual cost incurred!
• Less than 10 people – damage deposit 200 EUR
• 11 – 20 people – damage deposit 400 EUR
• More than 21 people – damage deposit 500 EUR
